OFFENSE OBP .336 17th 2007 13th round pick Pedroia is a great 2b
with his .380 obp and he walks more than he k's. The rest of the infield is
adequate but all have too many k's and not enough obp. Same goes for the OF.
I do think that Austin Kearns will be a good pick

STARTING PITCHING ERA 3.77 5th Their 2nd round pick Aaron Harang has turned into
the Teams Ace. Ex Team ace John smolts is still a great pitcher allowing less
than 11 runners per
9 innings. Jeremy Guthrie is the third starter and has
a great whip too. Pedro Martinez was ineffective and the back of the rotation is not very good at all

RELIEF PITCHING Matt Guerrier,has a great 80 innings, but only Jose Valverde
has a r/9 under 11 after that. RATING 4
CATCHING The epitome of three average Catchers.

DEFENSE Fld% .987 1st There are a few range and arm highlights here thanks to
Hunter. Francoeur has a great arm and Kearns has an Ex range. If Conor
Jackson plays he may be a bit of a defensive liability his rand is Fr and he had
an awful fld% of .988 at 1b.

MANAGMENT Mark Evans just keeps getting better and better. Look for them
to add to this team if they have a shot. Starting pitching is on a nice upswing
as well as defense RATING 7.5
